1. Estimates & Service Bookings

All preliminary estimates provided via website or telephone are based on client-provided details (square footage, condition of property, requested frequency). Final pricing may be adjusted if the on-site conditions differ significantly from initial representations. We provide a firm quote before starting any work.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning or painting service. This allows our crews to adjust their travel throughout NY and NJ accordingly.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If any area was missed or not cleaned to our agreed standards, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean or touch up the affected area at zero additional charge.

4. Limitation of Liability

Organic Healthy Cleaning and Painting LLC maintains full liability insurance in New York and New Jersey. While every effort is made to protect delicate belongings, clients are requested to secure extreme valuables, irreplaceable family heirlooms, and sensitive personal documents prior to team arrival.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any contractual agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
